Aluminium Gravity Die Casting for Industrial Applications

Sairam Aluminium Components Pvt. Ltd. makes precision aluminium cast components and the die tools behind them. Design, toolroom, foundry and machining sit under one roof at our Chikhali, Pune facility.

The company is led by its founder, Mr. Santosh Gawate, who brings more than 21 years of hands-on experience in aluminium component and tool manufacturing. Customers across automotive, electrical, railway, defence and general engineering send us drawings; we turn them into finished castings.

What we do under one roof

Five verified capabilities, from the steel die to the inspected component.

Gravity Die Casting

Aluminium cast in reusable steel moulds and filled under gravity, with no external pressure.

Aluminium Gravity Die Casting Components

Made to customer-approved drawings.

Tooling & Die Development

Moulds designed and fabricated in-house.

Precision Machining

CNC and VMC machining where required.

Quality Inspection

Inspection carried out before dispatch.

Two ways to work with us

Start with the casting process, or start with the component you need to make.

Aluminium Gravity Die Castings

Aluminium components poured into reusable steel moulds under gravity, then trimmed, machined and inspected. Start here to understand the process and what we offer around it.

  • High dimensional accuracy
  • Smooth surface finish
  • Reduced porosity from gravity-fed flow
  • Machining and finishing support

Aluminium Components & Die Castings

The finished parts and the gravity dies behind them: brackets, housings and gearbox parts for automotive, EV, electrical, pump, valve and lighting applications.

  • Engine brackets, housings, gearbox parts
  • EV and electrical components
  • Lightweight, corrosion-resistant parts
  • In-house die design and fabrication

  1. Step 1: Customer Requirements & Drawing Review

Your drawings, dimensions and application needs are reviewed so the casting route is agreed before tooling starts.

  2. Step 2: Tooling and Die Development

Precision steel moulds are designed and fabricated in-house to suit the component.

  3. Step 3: Aluminium Gravity Die Casting

Molten aluminium alloy is poured into the permanent mould and fills the cavity under gravity.

  4. Step 4: Trimming and Finishing

After controlled cooling, castings are de-moulded, trimmed and fettled.

  5. Step 5: CNC Machining, Where Required

Machined features and finishing are completed to your specification.

  6. Step 6: Quality Inspection and Dispatch

Components are inspected before they leave the plant.
